  Immersion frozen:

Frozen refers to food quickly be frozen through its maximum ice formation zone when the average temperature reaches -18 ℃. During the freezing process, many Changes will incur, such as physical changes, chemical changes, tissue changes and biological and microbiological changes etc. Quick frozen can maintain the maximum nutritional value and original flavor of frozen food.

Immersion frozen refers to freezing the vacuum packaging food directly in -45 ºC -55 ºC antifreeze liquid (environmental protection secondary refrigerant, meet the requirements of food hygiene).  Due to the fact that the surface heat transfer coefficient of liquid is several times larger than the air, so the immersion freezing method is faster, freezing time is shorter,  without shrinkage, higher efficiency and higher quality. Compared with the traditional tunnel freezer, immersion freezer occupies less space and consumes less energy.

Immersion quick freezer advantages:

1. High quality stainless steel mesh belt: made of stainless steel wire with long-range elasticity; the surface is flat; strong bearing. Frequency converter for conveying speed can be stepless adjustment, and can adjust the frozen time according to the thickness of frozen products.

2. Reasonable water system: frozen pool equipped with stirrer system, which can improve the flow rate of freezing water and increase the heat transfer rate. Besides, the freezing water velocity and mesh belt running speed is in the opposite, which can form convective heat transfer and promote heat transfer coefficient.

3. Building envelop: foamed PU sandwich panels coated by SUS304 stainless steel sheet both sides,  the maintenance door equips with low-voltage heating device to prevent the door from being frozen, which is safe and reliable, convenient for maintenance .

4. Professional craft: the frame structure are made of SUS304 stainless steel; the components between mesh belt and guiding rail are made of UHMW-PE; longer equipment service life, compliance with food safety and health requirement.  

5. Refrigeration unit: Used bipolar screw machine refrigeration unit, the cooling efficiency is greatly improved.  The lowest evaporation temperature can be reduced to -65 degrees, and it has the advantages of small size and energy saving.

Immersion quick freezer features:

1. Shorter freezing time: it is known that the surface heat transfer coefficient of liquid is several times larger than the air, so the heat conduction rate is several times higher than the traditional refrigeration equipment. Generally speaking, the products can be frozen in 3-20minutes and the center freezing temperature can reach to -20ºC, which will not damage the food structural integrity.

2. Improve the quality of frozen food:  the reduction of freezing time can significantly delay the growth of bacteria and enzyme without shrinkage. Therefore, it can remain food nutrition and vitamin. The quality and appearance of frozen products will not be damaged.
3. Occupy less space: compared with the traditional tunnel freezer, the occupation of space can be reduced by more than fifty percent.

4. Energy saving and environmental protection: adopts environmentally friendly secondary refrigerant, which can meet the requirements of food hygiene. The freezing point can reach to minus 70 centigrade. No matter how long the system running, you do not have to defrost the evaporator, which at least save more than thirty percent of energy.
